For this tutorial you will need
* Tubes of choice, I am using the work of Pinup Toons. It is a PTU Tube which you can purchase from CDO HERE

Mura's Meister Filter - Copies which you can download HERE (install in filters folder in PSP BEFORE you open PSP)
Wordart which you can downloadHERE (This is a piece of wordart I had in my supplies and I've searched endlessly trying to find the creator of it and have had no luck. If anyone knows please contact me and let me know so I can direct the link to download the word art from their blog or website)
Filter - Alien Skin Xenofex2 - Constellation. This is a Pay Filter however you can download a trial copy of it HERE

**NOW IT'S TIME TO ANIMATE YOUR IMAGE**
* Open up your Animation Shop
* Once Animation Shop has opened, go back to your Paint Shop Pro.
* Hide your " BCS Metal Frame 3" Layer, click on your " BCS Metal Frame " Layer and unhide it.
* Along the top of your drop down menus choose "Edit", "Copy Merged"
* Go to Animation Shop and along the top of your drop down menu's choose "Edit" "Paste as New Animation"
* Go back to Paint shop Pro. Hide your " BCS Metal Frame " Layer, Click on " BCS Metal Frame 2" and uhide it.
* Along the top of your drop down menus choose "Edit", "Copy Merged"
* Go to Animation Shop and along the top of your drop down menu's choose "Edit" "Paste after Current Frame"
* Go back to Paint shop Pro. Hide your " BCS Metal Frame 2" Layer, Click on " BCS Metal Frame 3" and uhide it.
* Along the top of your drop down menus choose "Edit", "Copy Merged"
* Go to Animation Shop and along the top of your drop down menu's choose "Edit" "Paste after Current Frame" * You should now have 3 frames in Animation Shop.
What I like to do now is take a look at it and see how it will look before I save it. You can do this by going to the top of your drop down menu's and clicking on "view" "animation" You can see exactly how it will look. **
Here's another tip for you. You can change the speed of your noise. You will do this by first clicking on "Edit" "Select all".
* Next go to the top of your drop down menu's and choose "Animation" "Frame Properties" you will see a box appear
You can now change the display time of the image (the speed). The higher the number, the slower the animation will be. The lower the number the faster the animation will be. This is a lot of fun to play around with. This is also where you can change the speed of an existing animation. For example if you like an animation already done, but want to slow it down or speed it up, you can just open it up in animation shop, and go to the Frame Properties and play around with different speeds.
If you like the speed that it is at. (I left mine at 10) You can now save your image.
**Note** I animated the name on the tag the same way as I did the frame.
