For this tutorial you will need
* Tube of choice, I am using the work of Ismael Rac which you can purchase from AMI HERE (or you can use any tube of your choice)
* Scrap Kit I used is from Felice Original called "Madamme Boudoir " which you can purchase from Sunflower ScrapsHERE Font Of Your Choice (I'm using the font Ogilvie Regular)
LET'S BEGIN
1. Open a new canvas 600 x 600 white background
2. From the Madame Boudoir Kit open up in PSP the following;
3. Go to your FO_frame-laced and "edit", "copy", then back to your main canvas and "edit", "paste as a new layer" then go up to "Image", then "Free Rotate" and rotate to the right by 90 degrees All layers and rotate single layer around canvas center UNCHECKED (see my print screen below for the settings)
4. Take your magic wand tool and click inside the frame until you have marching ants The best settings I found to do this with are as follows; (see print screen below) Mode: Add(shift), Match mode: RGB Value, Tolerance: 102, Contiguous checked, Feather: 0, Anti-alias checked, Inside
5. "Selections", "Modify", "Expand" and choose "30"

11. From the scrap kit go to FO_bow-salmon "Edit", "Copy" go back to you main canvas and "edit" , "paste as a new layer" then reduce size to 50% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "50%" all layers UNCHECKED Move the salmon bow on top of the black bow and on your layers palette make sure these two layers are your top layers (salmon on top black bow underneath). On your layers palette right click on the top layer (salmon bow) and "merge down" (merging your two bow layers together. Now you can move the bow to the upper right hand corner of the frame (see my print screen below for what I have now)
12. With your bow layer activated go to "Layers", "Duplicate", then "Image", "Mirror" then on your layer palette right click on your duplicated layer and "merge down" (merging your 2 bow layers to one). On your layer palette drag your bow layer all the way down to just above your white bottom layer. (see my print screen for what I have now)
13. From the scrap kit go to FO_highheels-black "Edit", "Copy" go back to you main canvas and "edit" , "paste as a new layer" then reduce size to 30% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "30%" all layers UNCHECKED and move the shoes to the left hand side at the bottom of the frame

15 From the scrap kit go to FO_handbag-black "Edit", "Copy" go back to you main canvas and "edit" , "paste as a new layer" then reduce size to 20% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "20%" all layers UNCHECKED and move the bag to the left hand side at the bottom of the frame. On your layer palette move this layer BELOW your shoes layer.
16. From the scrap kit go to FO_mask "Edit", "Copy" go back to you main canvas and "edit" , "paste as a new layer" then reduce size to 40% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "40%" all layers UNCHECKED and move the mask to the left hand side at the bottom of the frame. On your layer palette move this layer BELOW your shoes layer. (I also used my "pick" tool and rotated the mask slightly to the left) (see my print screen below for what I have now)
17 Activate your text tool and add your name. I used black for the background and fill properties and color #f2cbaa for the foregroud and stroke properties. I also have my text a stroke width of "1" (which you set in your text tool properties)
18 Add all the proper copyright information and save as a jpg or png file and you're.
ALL DONE
**Note** My preview shows some "noise" added to my tag. If you'd like to do that as well and don't know how to add noise to a tag you can use the "DSB Flux Filter - Bright Noise". I have written a tutorial on how to use this filter if you'd like to try the tutorial to add the noise to your tag.
Animation really isn't necessary with this tag as it looks just as nice without ;)
I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial and as always I love to see your results and would love even more to post them on my website on the "Tutorials Results" page. Just go to my "contact me" page and send me a message. ~Ladyhawwk~
